    Throughout the trip, the local guide will give us morning call at 6am, we will go for hotel breakfast at about 7plus and set off at 8am. I am not the type of early bird person, but no choice right, cos i wanna go for as much sightseeing as possible :) And sun sets about 4plus to 5pm. 6pm in Beijing looks like 8pm in Singapore :( So i ended up lookin like tis in the morning......


    Next attraction that i went to was Summer Palace. It used to be a luxurious royal garden providing royal families with rest and entertainment in the Qing Dynasty.


    The lakes are all frozen :) If visitors come here during summer, there will be ferry services taking them across kunming lake.



    This is a sign outside the souvenir shop of Summer Palace. The way they describe non-peak season is "slack" season :)
